Sustainability

We are aware of the importance of environmental good practice and, we understand that sustainability is a basic instrument in the protection of our environment.

From this point of view, the engineering and architecture, are used as means of changing an space and adapting it to our needs, offering a global view of the intervention and covering the full scope. From the analysis of the place, the definition of a functional program to the solution which is most respectful to the environment.

For this reason projects are developed so that we can make a sustainable intervention. The designs follow bioclimatic premises (shape, orientation) by optimizing the solar radiation, cutting down on thermal bridges and using techniques and materials that promote environmental protection and preservation. We also give special attention to the making of building process and the adequate processing of building waste.

We also commit ourselves to promote a preventive full maintenance according to a set program instead of a corrective repairing one. This constant service allows us to make work’s life longer.
