Ministerio de Fomento (Ministry of Infrastructures and Transport)

Dirección General de Carreteras: This authority is responsible, among other functions, of developing, controlling and supervising the projects and works in the Spanish national networks.

Dirección General de Ferrocarriles: Is committed in the development and supervision of the preliminary studies, projects and works in the Spanish railway network

ADIF (Railway Infrastructures Administrator) State-owned Company that administrates the railway traffic nationwide, develops projects and works of new high speed corridors and conventional networks as well as establishing standards for the use of infrastructures, stations and merchandise terminals.

AENA (Spanish Airports and Aerial Navigation) state-owned company that acts as global operator of airport services and aerial navigation in Spain. It administrates 27 airports in 8 different countries through its international filial.


Ministerio de Medio Ambiente (Ministry of Environment)

ACUAMED State-owned company, instrument of the Ministry of Environment to contract, build or acquire all kind of hydraulic facilities, in order to achieve the goals marked in the AGUA (Water) program.

Department of Territorial Policy and Execution of Civil Construction of Catalan Autonomous Government
GISA (Administrator of Infrastructures) Public-owned company that has as a corporate purpose to plan, construct, conserve, exploit, promote all type of infrastructures and edifications in Catalonia.
FGC (Railways of Catalan Autonomous Government). Its mission is to manage efficiently the two urban lines it operates in the nearby of Barcelona.
ACA (Water Agency of Catalonia)
REGSA is a public company dedicated to promote irrigation within Catalonia, constructing channels and principals irrigations systems.
CatSalut (Catalan Health Service) Company that administrates the health systems facilities on Catalonia.

Madrid Autonomous Government:

Transports and Infrastructures Department of the Madrid’s Autonomous Government.
MINTRA Public-owned entity created with the purpose of developing the transportation infrastructures in Madrid’s autonomous community.

Andalucía Autonomous Government:

Ferrocarriles de la junta de Andalucía (Railways of the Government of Andalucía) Public-owned company that has as a corporate purpose to plan, construct, conserve, exploit, promote railway infrastructures in Andalucía (Spain).
